This is ridiculous....

Always sick...

I have to say I am missing so badly these two little happy faces... Last Thursday out of no where Belle spiked a temp of 103.2 and it went all down hill from there. Before becoming a Mom I never knew in my wildest dreams that I would have thought I could worry and care about someone so much. Belle could not break her fever for 3 days.. then Sunday she did a bit then something went wrong. She spiked again in fever and coughed straight most of Saturday and all of Sunday. I have never in my life heard something that bad. She literally had 2 second breaks in between. Saturday night was awful for her... no relief no matter what I tried... which was everything. I found myself trying so hard not to completely loose my emotions completely... didn't happen... I couldn't stop crying every time I left her room. Saturday night the only way she got a bit of relief was me sitting straight up and her laying on my shoulder. I have never prayed so hard in my life. I thought something terrible was going to happen to Belle. Sunday I took her to the ER cause she was so much worse. She just laid there lifeless basically. They tried everything and sent us home with a bunch of medicine and thinking she had pneumonia. I brought her back and still she seemed to get worse... I had no clue what else the ER doctors could do but I headed back. They tried more things and she wasn't getting enough oxygen. She was just crying and screaming! I have never felt so useless and scared in my life. Finally the doctor said he was going to admit Belle into the hospital if she didn't improve fast. I prayed my heart out... not the hospital. I honestly could not handle seeing her in the hospital after everything that has happen. Honestly out of the blue while breathing in some saline solution she started smiling and talking about the Disney princesses. Her oxygen was in the 90's and she didn't have to go to the hospital. We stayed for 3 hours and got to go home! We got into bed and she started coughing again.... I sobbed. She could not fall asleep... just crying and crying, Monkey tried to hold her to sleep on him... nothing was helping... I finally realized we couldn't do anything... So we just said a pray and put her in his hands! I fell asleep that night saying over and over in my head that she's going to be okay! Everyone in the house finally fell asleep and today Belle is so much better!! She hardly coughed, she slept till noon, slept again from 3-6pm, ate, and now is asleep for the night! I am overly grateful right now! Even though Cash has been coughing all day and has a temp... and threw up and has ear infections in both ears (found out at the doc today...) I am still so grateful! Honest I know Heavenly Father is the only reason she is okay right now! I am so grateful that I know that he lives. I am so looking forward to smiles and laughing again!! And a special thanks to all my friends- Seriously I don't even know how they found out (probably calling people to help give a blessing to Belle)... but I had cookies at my door, dinner brought Sunday night, a loaf of homemade bread, texts, and calls! And I never called one person. I seriously have the most caring selfless friends! Thank you!

Brigg and Cash

To start out my Christmas I thought I might show Brigg and Cash!! In their Jammies Debbie got them! Little candy canes! I was sad cause Jac's baby Nikson didn't fit in his. These two were cracking me up in these. They seemed to love them. The kept poking at each others pj's and laughing. Cash would laugh and say "ha ha candy cane!" in a deep voice! I hope they end up being best buds- they are only a month a part.

I'm get a bit excited for our little man to come!!! I put some girls names up just in case something happens!! And how can I not be excited when I look at this of Cash Man!

Sweet Apologies!

Last night Belle got a temp of 103.2... Monkey had to run to the school to do some BIO tests with his buddies! I was way hesitant to let him go because the doctor said if Belle starts having a hard time breathing (which he said could happen instantly... freak me out) or her temp reaches 104 I needed to rush her in to the ER!

So Monkey told me he was only going to be 20-30mins... I said ONLY be gone 20-30 minutes!! so I let him go away in our only car. So I got Belle meds, vapor rub, humidifier, cold rag.. the works and just waited for her temp to go down.... 20-30 passed and no Monkey!

I was starting to get a bit anxious because Belle didn't seem good. Anyways I get a text from Monkey saying "I am going to be longer than I thought...."

I didn't respond

an hour plus passes... No Monkey (and he still had to run to the store to get juice and Popsicles)

I went in to check Belle her her temp went to 101.6 so I was a bit more calm! But not much...

I get another text ... "I am almost done......."

My blood started to get hot! I was speechless... A little later I text... "YEP"

45mins pass and I start watching Youtube about Chris Medina on American Idol and I start sobbing and feel so grateful and touched by his story... my anger melted.

I finally hear Monkey he slams the front door, runs upstairs with huge eyes, and repeats over and over I am sorry I am sorry I am sorry.... With tears pouring down my cheeks(he thinking I am over the top mad) and before I can even speak he says.. "I have a little surprise for you!" He rips out 2 Cadbury peanut butter cup eggs! And said I am sorry!

I started laughing so hard!!! He told me that the whole time he was testing he was stressing that I was ticked off, he said his friends kept asking what the big deal was... He said when I replied YEP to his text- all his buddies were like "Yep, your in trouble!"

He said he never did a testing so quick, he grabbed his stuff and raced to the car and basically feel out of the car to go into the store. He said he was running through the store like a crazy man... HAHAHA

At home he just kept saying sorry!! I just laughed and said you're lucky! We ate the eggs and watched Chris Medina till after midnight and just laughed about the night! Hahaha I love him!

It's raining... it's pouring!!

So we decided to make a killer tent!

Zoo with the Mullins

It snowed!!! And snowed hard! I guess it does snow here! Little Belle was admiring the snow as she patiently waited for our visitors to arrive! Grandma and Grandpa Mullins and Uncle Nate came to visit... It was freezing cold BUT we went to the zoo! We got on layer after layers and Grandpa sewed Belle and Cash their own mittens- Which they loved! And we headed to the zoo.

I think there was 5 other families there and I have never seen so many animals! They were all out! Belle and my favorite animal to see is the elephant! We saw the most enormous elephant I have ever seen! It had a beard... a long beard and it was a girl! Rock On! My kids adore Monkey's family! The whole time Cash was with Grandpa and Belle was holding tight to Grandmas hand! Later after the zoo we headed to our house and Grandma made homemade pizza! She is a master chef I tell you! I love cooking with her... it's one of my favorite things to do! I learn so much and we always have great conversations! I am so happy we live not far from them! The kids have really gotten to know them and love them so much!

Lately...

Since we have been home from Colorado we have been trying to have fun so we won't miss Colorado too much. It has been freezing here in the Grove and raining like crazy so outside is a never! So I was folding clothes in my room and I heard Belle tell Cash that she was going to have a surprise camp out... Fabulous idea I thought. So we bundled up and decided to head to Target to see if we could find anything fun for the night. We got Valentines stuff instead and some hot dogs and camp food! That night when Daddy came home the kids were thrilled to start the camp out. Monkey is so sweet he acted so surprised!! We roasted turkey dogs, ate tons of fruit, and then we roasted marshmallows and told not scary scary stories in the dark. We also told stories about when Monkey and I were little and went camping! I taught them how to make homemade taffy that a girl taught me when I was little camping! Then we got Thomas the train... Cash's pick... and snuggled up and watched it together! These are my favorite nights! Nothing beats it! I hope they are cheesy like me when the are teenagers and still want to do this!

The weather was finally good for a bit... so we went to find a new park! And we found the most tiny little darling park! I can't wait to see it in the summer! I will be beautiful with all the flowers and huge leaves on that huge tree! The kids loved being outside. Everything they touched seemed like it was their first time! All I could hear was them laughing or giggling! Or screaming as the flew down the slides! Today's word was PEACEFUL! I felt so at peace about everything. I can't wait for more days like these. Belle and Monkey were playing hot lava monster on the basketball court. She did not get the concept of not to touch the green... but only the white lines for a while! But when she finally did grasp it she was on fire! She was a pro! She was so dramatic when she did fall into the lava! I love watching her! Cash just kept sliding... and laughing and giggling as he ran back to the slides! I am so grateful that through the rain we still get little glimpses here and there of the sun!!

My two Crazies

These are my two not so babies anymore... I look at these pictures and think where did the time go? I decided I wanted to really write how my children are! Their likes, dislikes, personality, moods, struggles, achievements, etc!!

Belle Natalie Mullins what a little lady One word to describe her is unique! There is no one like her... She is full on energy and full of spirit. She knows what she wants and she knows how to get it. Belle has two personalities... You either get absolutely out of control or absolutely a princess. Belle in the past has been able to throw tantrums that could win prize money. Like knocking a glass bottle of a shelf in a store and throwing herself also on the ground kicking and wailing like a evil person! Yep and to this day I have no idea why she got mad! Lately she has put away tantrums and come to the attitude stage! I feel like I am already raising a teenager. She will roll her eyes at me or stick her tongue at anyone... or my personal favorite she will neigh like a horse at you if she doesn't like what you are saying! She has learned the skill of dramatic. She lives in a fairy tale! She doesn't act like a princes.... she is a princess. Princess Analese to be exact! She is a damsel in distress 95% of her day. And Cash is the prince who has to save her. Daddy is the mean troll who puts her to bed or in the dungeon! And me... I am the fairy Godmother or the mean step mother. It depends on her moods. She only likes to watch princess movies... or anything real girly. Her favorite movies right now are: Princess and the Pauper, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, and Mulan. She walks around with paper in her hand pretending it is a scroll and repeats lines from Mulan... "The Fa family" she will say! She is always giggling or talking to herself. She has the biggest imagination! She makes up stories that are so wild and wonderful! She is the biggest sweet heart... she helps me with everything... cleaning, dusting, errands, Cash, etc... you name it she loves to help me. She always whispers that she loves me all the time! Or pats my face and says I am beautiful. She says thank you and please all the time except when she has her attitude and is telling me that I am not listening! She potty trained herself!! She makes life so happy! I can be so angry and she can melt my mood instantly. She pulls the most crazy faces and laughs so hard at herself. Belle is beautiful... she sure has lived up to her name! I am afraid we are going to have a lot of boys coming over for Belle! I love that she has beauty inside as well. Belle wants to be a ballerina dancer... She asks me everyday if she can go to dance class. She watches videos on ballerina dancing. I told her it will be hard. Belle said, "I know it will be hard but I can do it!" I will put her in classes before she is 5 years old and with her determination she will be a great dancer! She has such a incredible heart. She says some deep things sometimes about the earth or gospel or our Heavenly Father that make me want to be a better person. I can't believe Belle is in primary now... She is going to be teaching me before long! Her favorite things right now are... Pink, books, glittery shoes, dress up clothes, her pink blanket, bagels and cream cheese, only rice kripsies no other cereal, dogs, friends, movies, strawberries, apple juice, cookies, and imaging!

Cash Garrett Mullins... The one word to describe him darling! He has days where I want to send him to Grandmas and Grandpa for a year, because he whines and throws fits just like Belle. But other then that this kid is such a sweet boy. He has such a tender heart. Anytime we are playing and I am pretend hurt he will run to me and wrap his arms around me and ask me over and over if I am okay. He is very protective of the people he loves. If anyone hurts Belle he will attack. If he thinks I am getting hurt from wrestling he will cry till I hold him. He loves his cow print blanket. ATTACHED to it! When he cries, sleeps, gets in trouble, sick, mad, happy, etc... he has to have BLANKY! He is in love with his pillow moon that Santa made him for Christmas. He for some reason has a fascination with Moons! He loves trains... and Pajamas... He bawls if I try to get him dressed. If I do get him dressed he carries his pj's around all day begging me to put them back on! He loves bedtime or nap time. He gets in bed snuggles with his moon and blanky and says to me softly, "sweet dreams!" Cash melts my heart. He is for the most part gentle. He loves to touch skin... my face. He always wants "Tisses"... Kisses. On the other side this kid loves to scratch Belle or hit her and then he loves to immediately say, "sorry Belle sorry" while she is sobbing. He has learned Belle's art of throwing tantrums... I ignore him and he doesn't last long kicking the wall and throwing himself on the floor. Haaha he is funny. He has learned to talk so quickly. He can talk in sentences and it freaks me out how well he talks sometimes! Cash is going to be a ladies man I have a feeling... Nothing but charm! He is so into learning. He wants to know everything. He sings so many songs. He laughs and smiles constantly. Cash and Belle can play by themselves forever. Their favorite thing to play together is "ghost" where they hide under a blanket and one of them screams ghost and they both scream and then laugh... then do it all over again! And they love to play with Belle's kitchen.. They bake all sorts of things. I found a new favorite of his... he loves to watch football and basketball games! He finds football funny and laughs when they tackle! Cash at almost 2 can make anyone feel so special. He makes strong connections with people. He loves to talk about his grandparents! He talks to them on his phone a lot! Cash's favorite things right now are... Wallace and Gromit (OBSESSED!), Bananas, apple juice, Crackers, marshmallows, Blue, Moons, Blanky, daddy, baths, running, our neighbor Joleane, Lydia, and wrestling! I am the most lucky and blessed Mom in the world to have these 2 crazy kids! They are going to be the best big brother and sister to their new baby brother! I hope this next little one is something like these 2! I love you both so much!

Second week in Colorado

These pictures tell all what our second week in Colorado was like! But it doesn't show the INFESTO!!! as I liked to call it! Everyone got sick. Belle... the day after Christmas threw up so much and was sick for 2 days with a crazy temp, Maya got sick, Afton, everyone was hacking their lungs out, and Cash got so sick. Poor kid threw up, never slept, had a 103 temp, and he was doing this spasm things... we took him to the ER - not serious... Doctors wouldn't see him for a one time visit so ER was our option. He ended up having a really bad virus and some major constipation problems. Which I learned is a side effect from too much benadryl -which he took almost everyday from sneaking dairy here and there. Least to say even though everyone including myself was not their best we had a blast! We got to do so much. We got Stace's girl's and all Jenn's kids... oh and Luke and packed it up and went to the mall. Luke big fetch head knows I love BULLDOGS so he asked the lady if I could hold one of the babies in the back. I would have bought that thing instantly... good thing it was 1200 dollars. So it stayed at the pet store. Then we hit up the gum ball madness machines. Monkey, Luke, Ben, and Ammon were going through each one to see if the could find free ones! Hahah we got hungry and went to McD's and the kids were cracking me up as they played! I love cousins!! Then our sweet sister Tanna took Belle and Cash one night so Monkey and I could celebrate our anniversary! We went to the temple where we were married which was so needed. We went out to eat at a place called Alexander's..... Oh mercy did I fall in love. I had prime rib and a side of mac and cheese. I wish I had a tub full of that mac! I asked the waiter if they sold it in buckets! Monkey and I laughed and he even wrote me a letter he forgot to bring... so I made him say it at the table! Of course it was beyond cheesy but I loved every word. Then we went to my brother Mike's who let us stay the night as their family was out of town. We went home around 10pm and talked forever and totally fell asleep... It was fabulous! Thank you Tanna for taking them and giving us a date we have not had out since this last summer!  Later that week Jenn, Lino, Tanna, Monk, and I went on a day outing. We ate at a delicious Vietnamese place... Spring rolls best I have ever ate! We shopped for maternity clothes for J, and skipped a theater movie and went to Mike's and watched a different movie! LOVELY day is all I have to say! The rest of the week was spent playing on i pods, watching movies, going crazy at the church, playing snow baseball, laughing, eating, running into walls....BELLE, Teaching Maya how to sew, Tanna getting us Chili's take out, Chick Fa La runs (is a must for me), Going out one afternoon with my best friend growing up Jenna, (We had some good Pad Tai and I created my most humiliating moment of my life! I was in Forever 21 and I tried a dress on in the middle of the store over my clothes. Too tight, so I took it off and with it came my entire shirt!!! HAHAH I freaked and Jenna frantically tried to help me IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE- I finally got myself together and booked it our of the store! Shoot me!), Making bows, eating more, Oh and having a NEW YEARS EVE PARTY! We chilled at my parents house and made our own cold stone and had music and busted some moves and I almost fell asleep at 10pm!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
