Oh September how much I loved you! This last month was awesome. First off all kids were healthy for at
least 3 weeks of it. Monkey didn't have one test! We spent every Wednesday evening at the farmers market trying new vegetables and fruits and actually loving them!
We spent evenings walking and seeing the summer turn into fall.
We watched for butterflies and lady bugs. Which happen to be my kids favorites!
We made my favorite dessert... fruit pizza. Which fresh picked fruit made it soooo much better.
I cleaned up mess after mess... but enjoyed watching my kids help clean it up themselves finally!
We watched Paige get bigger and bigger!
we also watched her get happier and happier!!! She is starting to move all over her bed! I put her one way and the next thing I know she has kicked herself the other way!!
I finally have gotten to experience how wonderful it is when kids pick flowers and rush to give them to me just because I their Mom!
I fell in love with how dedicated Monkey is and How he ALWAYS wants to push himself and be better!
We had a family date at the zoo! A school bus dropped us off and riding in the bus you would have thought it was Christmas to the kids!
I really felt so incredible blessed to be a Mother!
We had so many at home date nights and indulged ourselves in fruit for our movie snacks!!
We spent a lot of time in our backyard. I am amazed at everything that grows basically at our finger tips! Black berries, grapes, apples, plums, cherries..... I will miss our yard so bad when we leave
We took lots of walks... and enjoyed the chalk festival!
We had a pizza movie night with the Olsens!
My kids slept together for naps finally, we played in sprinklers with friends, and spent so much time together! And Yes Cash is sleeping with a Purple Bear blanket. And Yes he will not sleep without it. And yes he wears Belle's princess underwear.... hahaha so what!!!!? And Yes Belle sleep with a bean bag under her pillow. Why?? I have no idea!
The kids got a lot of Dad time and hardly left his side. When he did have to leave all day long if they got in trouble they would cry and whine and moan for their Dad to come back!
Belle found new positions and places to sleep! She also sleeps with Toby every night. Toby is a stuffed bear that Paige had when she had meningitis in the hospital. Belle sleeps with it every night because she wants to take care of it for Paige. She holds it so tight so Toby won't get lost so one day when Paige is older she can give it to her again. It is way sweet actually!
This last month was so wonderful! I also got a new calling in church. I was released as a ward missionary and called to be the Laurels Advisor... I am really loving it. I feel a bit overwhelmed and inadequate but I am willing to give it my all! I am so excited for October... We have so many plans and fun things to do. Let it begin!
