Man I feel like I have a lot to catch up on. First last month was so fun. Fall in Forest Grove is out of this world beautiful! The colors of the leaves are so vibrant! We spent a lot of time being in and looking at the leaves. We took a drive one family home evening and went and explored all the farm lands of trees. We ended up going through this dark road completely covered with trees. The kids called it the haunted forest and we were all laughing because we were scared!
We also spent a lot of time at OHSU hospital in Portland with Belle's specialists. The kids got very familiar with everything there and seemed to make themselves right at home. Our favorite spot was right by the check in desk with the fish... There is a huge window that had a view of the river, hills, and boats!
The rest of the month was packing up our house to move, playing outside, root beer floats dates, and watching Paige get bigger and bigger! Paige has seriously gotten so much personality and smiles all the time.
Then for one of the best times of the year Thanksgiving. We spent it at Monkey's parents house again! I love the Mullins Thanksgivings! Chloris is the best cook!!! Delicious I tell you. We had so much fun despite Belle getting sick and laying on the couch for a day or two. Thanksgiving dinner was fun to get ready for. Belle and Cash set the entire table. I couldn't get over how well they did. They are old!!! They are such good helpers! After dinner Cash swept with Monkey and Belle helped with dishes. The rest of the trip was chickens, tractor ride, and the thanksgiving parade in the rain!!! It was so much fun.
We got back to Forest Grove and in 6 days we packed the house, cleaned, and moved to our new apartment. So those 6 days were NUTZ!!! Lots of coloring, hiding in boxes, painting nails... yes even Cash's, making forts, and watching movies all together while Mom tried to get everything together and Dad studied his brains out for finals! I have never scrub so much in my life... I was determined to get all my deposit back!
Now we are moved, finals are over, we have are Dad for awhile, and Christmas was in the air (but that comes next).....
