   What an evening this was! Emotions were flooding the room. waiting in the room for Dad and Mom was so intense. I don't know why. It is probably because the two people our family counts on the most for absolutley everything was soon to be gone. Or maybe the reason was that each single person in the room felt so proud and honored to have Mom and Dad give 100% of their time to serve the Lord for 18 months. Whatever the reason was tears poured down people cheeks. The moment Dad and Mom walked through the doors with the stake president the spirit filled the room. I knew each person in that roon knew what Dad and Mom were doing was right and we all knew how important it was to the Lord that they are willing to do this incredible service!
    Their blessings were incredible! Dad and Mom have a lot to do... I have no doubt in my mind that they will go and do whatever is needed. After the blessing watching everyone say goodbye, especially the grandkids was really hard. I felt so bad for Luke... he was sobbing. He has such a sweet heart and is so deeply connected to our parents. I am so grateful for my parents example. They have always taught me to do with my whole heart the will of the Lord, I am not perfect at this  but I am so grateful that I can look at Elder and Sister Jones for a constant example of what is right. The am so excited for them. I am so excited to hear their amazing stories and hear how they through the Lord change peoples lives forever.
    We all love and respect you so much Mom and Dad! Called to Serve!

 That night to celebrate people came over to say goodbye to my parents and then out of no where at like almost ten at night my Mom gets all excited and wanted to go get pancakes! So Dad, Mom, Scott, Kaylee, Monk, Luke, and I jumped in the car and went to Village Inn!! We were all laughing so hard because my Mom has never wanted to do anything like this!

The morning they headed off for their adventure! In their new car starting their new way of life!! I am so happy for them. I talked to them like a day ago and they sound fantastic! So happy my Mom said my Dad has found his nitch! They sound so happy and I couldn't be happier for them!!!
