Amie "MIM"

One of my best friends Amie came to visit us this last week! I haven't seen her in like forever. There is never a dual moment when Amie is around. I love being with her because we can be at our best moments and worse moments and absolutely love each other. We did a lot of fun things- We went to the farmer's market where I am a sucker... I AM THE EASIEST SELL!!! I bought honey, cotton candy, and popcorn just because that was the first 3 stands we went to and I can't help but buy... So Monkey said we had to leave after the 3 stands because he didn't want to waste all our money!

Later that night we played cards and roasted HUGE marshmallows and just talked... Catching up on everything we have missed these last couple of years. I swear it doesn't matter how long we are apart it feels like we never were apart!

You can't come to my house and not go to the beach... PARADISE! we had a blast and Belle was glued to Amie's hip. Every where Amie went Belle had to go with her. They were running through waves, drawing in the sand, and Belle was copying everything she did. We flew our little mermaid kite and Monkey was flipping everywhere... like a little kid!!! Hahaha we had a good time.

Thanks to Monkey for watching the kids Amie and I had a GIRLS NIGHT OUT!!!! We went to our favorite place for dinner... Panera Bread! Delicious! We went shopping at the outlets for hours- Amie I think bought the whole outlet!!! Then we went and got our other favorite- Jamba Juice! Orange dream machine, yes please!

Saturday we went to the zoo- Cash was driving me nuts.. he walks everywhere... so he would not sit in the stroller, he would just scream if I put him in it. So he walked for the most part and has like 20 bruises from face planting in the cement- does that stop him???? of course not!

 

The rest of the weekend we went to the park- where Amie and I acted more like the kids. We had a BBQ and had a movie night with our own style of cold stone! Monkey was hilarious this trip- I told him he had to be one of the girls and he tried his best... I am so glad Amie got to come up to see us! I love her so much!  Best Friends For Life Girl!!!
